Flights & details
Fill in the online traveller form — one per traveller. Use your airline booking confirmation for exact dates, times, flight numbers and terminals. If a terminal isn't assigned yet, write "TBC" and update us once confirmed.
Flight changes: notify the Valiant team immediately. Never send passport scans through an unsecured group chat.

Passport, visas & entry
Entry rules depend on the passport you travel with, not where you live. Summary for ordinary passports and short tourist visits:
- Passport valid at least six months beyond your stay; check blank-page rules with your airline.
- Carry proof of return or onward travel within your permitted stay.
- Check transit visa requirements for connecting countries.
- If your nationality isn't visa-exempt, arrange a visa in advance.

Health & insurance
Book a travel-health consultation ideally 6–8 weeks before departure. Mention cycling, outdoor activity and community visits in the Iloilo region.
- Routine vaccinations and boosters (tetanus, diphtheria, polio, MMR).
- Hepatitis A and typhoid are commonly recommended.
- Hepatitis B, rabies and Japanese encephalitis may be advised depending on your risk.
- Yellow fever proof only for certain arrivals/transits from risk countries.
- Ask about mosquito protection, dengue, food/water safety and malaria precautions.
Not every vaccine is mandatory for every traveller — your clinician decides. TravelHealthPro Philippines
Insurance must cover the full trip, emergency medical care and evacuation/repatriation, explicitly include cycling and organised challenges, and declare pre-existing conditions.
